Local extortionists and enforcers working under Duan Shiangyuan. They repeatedly harass Uncle Chan, destroy his street performance, murder his trained monkey, and attempt to extort Little Monkey. They are eventually overpowered by Little Monkey and later fight alongside their boss against both masters.
