The younger version of Ryotaro encountered in 2000. Trapped after the DenLiner hijacking, he is possessed by Momotaros while Sieg retains possession of the adult Ryotaro. Kotarou joins the ZeroLiner crew, fights alongside the Taros, and eventually returns to his timeline to see his parents' faces.
