An ambitious Shirane Group member backed by Kaito to seize leadership. He conspires with Muroi to orchestrate Shirane Kozo's murder and hires Numata as an assassin. After facilitating a brotherhood pact with Tsuchiya, he is assassinated by Kunihiko at a barber shop.
