Rosalie's eccentric American husband and a crop-duster pilot. He suffers from deteriorating eyesight, which nearly causes a fatal crash and leads to his termination. Rosalie secretly uses her stolen bank funds to purchase him a new airplane and corrective eyeglasses, restoring his health and enabling him to start his own crop-dusting business before their planned escape.
