Police detective partnered with McGreary on the murder investigation. Initially reports his partner's hostile behavior to superiors but later promises Stevens a more sympathetic approach. Ultimately betrays Stevens by driving him to a crime boss's mansion and attempting to frame him. He is murdered by the syndicate when he fails to secure his expected payoff.
