The lead student of the Lei Ping school who initially defends the school from thugs. Chosen as the master's successor after the master's death, he successfully kills the enemy leader Chin Pa using a tactical oiled-sword technique, but is severely beaten by the invulnerable Chief Chin. He eventually steps back to let Sa Chien take the lead.
