Toshiaki's wife who falls into a coma after a car accident and is declared an organ donor. Her liver is transplanted into an experiment that causes it to mutate into a gelatinous, humanoid creature. Driven by mitochondrial consciousness, she manipulates Toshiaki's life and actions, eventually manifesting as the primary antagonist seeking to use another woman as a womb for a new evolutionary species before burning to death.
