Wife of Dr. Teramoto and mother of Kenichi. Initially treats Miss Zombie as a family pet, giving her flowers. After Kenichi dies and is resurrected as a zombie who bonds with Miss Zombie, Shizuko develops intense hatred. She accidentally kills her husband during an attempt to shoot Miss Zombie, pursues them, and ultimately commits suicide upon witnessing her son's attachment to the undead.
