A greedy adult who visited the Little Prince and now controls a corporate asteroid complex. He hoards stars in a glass vault to power his domain and employs workaholics. He captures the Little Prince and attempts to recondition him into a conformist adult, but is defeated when the girl and fox liberate the stars and restore the sky.
