Tonya's main rival in competitive figure skating. She becomes the target of a sabotage plot orchestrated by Jeff and Shawn, resulting in attackers striking her knee with a baton. The injury prevents her from competing at the Nationals, but she recovers in time to win the silver medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics.
