Harry's amnesiac police partner who only Tim can understand. He investigates the R gas conspiracy alongside Tim, discovers his past connection to Mewtwo, and temporarily fuses with Harry's consciousness to continue their investigation. Ultimately helps defeat Howard and reunites with Tim and Harry.
