A drug dealer who visits an impound lot to retrieve a Lincoln Navigator containing drugs. He flirts with and hires impound clerk Lea, later kidnapping her when she demands a million-dollar cut. He attempts to buy the SUV at auction but is thwarted by Casi's tracking device swap, and his operation is ultimately dismantled when Casi and Dane rescue Lea and steal his money.
