A mysterious merchant who sells magical Noh masks that allow humans to transform into cats. He obtains Miyo's human face and facilitates her journey to the secret cat island. Later, he attempts to drain Miyo and Hinode's lifespans to complete their transformations but is stopped by the accumulated resentment of former humans.
Kento falls victim to the seller's traps while attempting to rescue Miyo.
