The Kobra cult's primary assassin and commander of the Axe Gang. He orchestrates attacks on Bruce Wayne and Richard Dragon to recover the Soul Breaker sword, successfully steal it during a chaotic confrontation, and is later revealed to be a demonic servant of Nāga who fights Batman and Ben Turner on the cult's island.
