A cunning and villainous orange cat who terrorizes the city and repeatedly escapes Dog Man's arrests. He creates a gentle clone named Li'l Petey, initially abandons him but later feels guilty and seeks to reunite. After a redemption arc triggered by Li'l Petey's kindness, he allies with Dog Man to defeat Flippy, survives a volcano, and eventually shares custody of his clone while adopting a new perspective on life.
