Blackfoot chief seeking smallpox medicine after outlaws steal his furs and kill his companions. He kidnaps Clayanna and Cotton for ransom, rejects killing captured outlaw Scoby for revenge, fights his former friend Guthrie, and ultimately stays with his tribe.
