Antagonist. A wealthy and successful talent agency director who becomes obsessed with Chun-hyang. He uses blackmail and a doctored security video to force her into a relationship. After his plans are thwarted, he releases the original footage, cooperates with Mong-ryong to arrest thugs who kidnap Chun-hyang, and ultimately accepts defeat.
