A poetic knife assassin hired by Knuckles to track down Rose. Marvin initially knocks him out and leaves him at his office. The Raven discovers a mutual romantic connection with Ashley, later teams up with Marvin to eliminate King and Otis, and fights alongside him to reach Knuckles' hideout.
