A Russian mobster who employed Monty as a drug dealer. He provides Monty with grim advice on surviving prison and later reveals that Kostya was the one who betrayed Monty to the DEA. Nikolai offers Monty a deal to spare his father if he kills Kostya, which Monty ultimately rejects.
