Master thief coerced into a diamond theft as a capability test. His real objective is the Cherry Sapphire for his apparent employer. Later revealed to be hired by the Vespanian government to recover stolen military ore. He boards a fleeing plane to defeat the main villain and uses the Sapphire to destroy incoming missiles before escaping via parachute.
