Air Force Captain who assists ALF in escaping military custody by hiding him in a motel. He grows uneasy with Dexter Moyers' plan to broadcast ALF's existence and investigates a suspicious computer file. He deliberately triggers his own arrest to negotiate safe passage for the fugitives.
