The intellectually disabled younger brother of a federal prosecutor, kidnapped by the mob to pressure his sibling. He is fixated on the television series the Baywatch and constantly calls Australia to speak with an operator. While hiding in Larry's apartment, his presence complicates the kidnapping. Eventually, Larry and Ricki drop him off at a beach video shoot resembling the show, where he happily reunites with an Australian woman.
