Tigger's closest friend. Asks Tigger about his family and suggests writing a letter. Convinces the friends to disguise as Tiggers to cheer him up. His mask falls off during a bounce, exposing the deception. Later leads an expedition to find Tigger and successfully uses Tigger's special bounce to rescue him from an avalanche.
