A drug-using bar regular and neighbor who owns a moving company across the street. He refuses to hire Tommy as a mechanic and later kicks Tommy and Debbie out of his house after his wife calls. His own family leaves him due to his drinking, yet he briefly reconciles with his wife near the end.
