Commander of the Stormwind Kingdom's human forces. He partners with mage Khadgar and Guardian Medivh to investigate fel magic traces. After his son Callan is killed by Blackhand, he leads a human assault on the orc camp. He retrieves King Llane's body and defeats Blackhand in a Mak'gora duel to avenge his son. Ultimately, he is proclaimed leader of the newly formed Alliance against the Horde.
