The son of an influential underworld watch dealer, he recognizes Vincent's skill and forces him into the heist by threatening to expose his deception at the shop. He directs Chief to assemble the crew, later captures them and tries to make Yoh kill them. Vincent ultimately tricks him with fake Picasso watches, leaving him at the Russians' gunpoint.
