In 2002 he graduated from the Visual Communication Department of the Hungarian University of Art and Design; János Szirtes was his teacher and mentor. He is an interdisciplinary artist, who is equally comfortable creating an animated film, a live-action short film, a documentary, a music video or a commercial. His photography, marquetry and printmaking works have been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Hungary and abroad. From 2005 to 2015, he was a professor of animation and media design at MOME, and from 2006 to 2008 he was the director of the media design program. Since 2013 he has been teaching animation at the Budapest Metropolitan University. His first animated feature film is titled Pelikan Blue.
