Larry is Billy's older brother and one of Gloria and Ray's sons. By 1982 he has become a belligerent, profane alcoholic. After Billy accidentally spills a TV dinner and burns his back, Larry's harassment and scuffle with him add to the family's conflict. He later tells Gloria that Billy and Doug went streaking and stole things, exposing part of their behavior.
