Benoît was trained at the Conservatoire de Versailles, under the direction of Marcelle Tassencourt. She later attended the Tania Balachova theatre school, and enrolled in workshops conducted by Antoine Vitez, Sophie Loucachevsky and Aurélien Recoing.
