Min-gyu is Sun-hwa’s abusive husband. Tae-suk witnesses him attacking Sun-hwa and drives him away by striking him with golf balls. Later, Min-gyu retrieves Sun-hwa, bribes the investigating policeman so Tae-suk can be hit with golf balls, and prepares to defend his marriage when Tae-suk is released.
