Antonio Lavacca, also called il Bolognese, is one of the three clumsy Roman thieves who plan to rob the Grandi Magazzini Romani with Calogero Locascio and Monsignore. The group recruits Pierre Le Compte to assist with the break-in. Their raid succeeds, but the safe contains no money because Sandro has taken it beforehand; afterward, the three Romans are employed in modest roles at the store.
