Adrian is a local teenager who works at a kebab shop and whose confiscated bicycle Ove repairs. He later seeks refuge at Ove's home during a family crisis, helping interrupt another suicide attempt. Through these encounters, Adrian becomes part of the unlikely network of neighbors and younger people who gradually give Ove renewed purpose.
