Originally named Ruby, she was an abused daughter of Papa Jupiter who showed remorse and helped Doug save Katy. Reappears as Rachel, a biker team owner and inventor. She participates in the desert race, fights off Pluto, but ultimately dies after tripping and fatally hitting her head on a rock during a trap sequence.
