Chad is a local bully who, with Luke and Wylee, intimidates Gunther and sells him concert tickets. After seeing Gunther's earnings, Chad steals the paper routes and threatens the paperboys, even punching Gunther. He later loses control of the routes when Gunther, Charlie, the boys, and Cooper unite against him.
