Born in Norwich England, Simmons begin has filmmaking journey at age 17 with his A-Level film Ambula (2024), about a young man having a mental breakdown. In which he directed and acted in. He has created other more experimental short films such as the biographical End of the Prologue (2024). Simmons went on to study film at the University of Kent where he is studying to this day.
