A German pilot who supplies weapons to El Guapo, is mistakenly believed to be sending friends, and is killed by Ned.
A Soviet pilot assigned to test the Firefox while the First Secretary visits the air base, Voskov is knocked unconscious by Gant during the theft. Gant deliberately spares his life, but Voskov later flies the surviving second prototype to intercept him, forcing a final dogfight that ends with the aircraft's destruction.
