The creator of the Daleks, found awakening from suspended animation in their ruins. Initially held hostage by the Doctor, he is later captured by the Movellans. He orders a bomb-laden Dalek squad to attack the Movellan ship but is forced by the Doctor to destroy them before reaching their target. He is later placed in cryogenic suspension for trial.
