She was discovered at the age of 3 on "Programa Raul Gil" and was subsequently hired by SBT to host the TV shows "Sábado Animado" and "Bom Dia & Cia" as well as to participate in "Programa Silvio Santos". She later began her acting career in television soap operas and films. In 2025, Maisa Silva officially debuted as a foot model by promoting the footwear brand "Sandálias Ipanema" after becoming one of the company's ambassadors. She had previously also found success as a singer, particularly with her song "NheNheNhem", which topped Spotify's "Brazil Viral 50" chart.
