The cast list pairs Mike and David Berinni under one entry, though the plot describes them as distinct figures and does not clarify their exact relationship. Mike is a Dark Planet player who enters the Complexx contest, helps a frightened woman, searches for an exit, and fights Scorpion. David is the creator of Dark Planet 2, whose award ceremony is interrupted by Lianne’s accusation; the ending also connects him to the game’s outcome.
