Eric is Daniel and Sara's eight-year-old son, troubled by insomnia, voices, and disturbing crayon drawings after moving into the house. He communicates with his parents by walkie-talkie before drowning in the pool, later appearing as a ghost. His drawings foreshadow the family's hauntings, deaths, and Daniel's final fate.
Alex is one of Alicia's friends who joins the effort to expose El hombre del saco and locate the missing children. Alicia specifically asks Alex, Paula, and Sergio to record her deliberate encounter with the creature, allowing them to document its existence and search for the other victims.
