Transplanted to New York at age 9, he eventually found the stage in school, appearing in productions including "Oklahona", "Bye Bye Birdie" and "Oliver" (as Fagin). Returning to the West Coast in his late teens, he gravitated toward show business, acting again on stage and in a couple of feature films, most notably as "Eddie Kelso" in Frinday the 13th: A New Beginning (1988). He has also appeared in numerous television commercials, both nationally and internationally.
