Totoy Aguila is the prison mayor who terrorizes Boy and Junior when they first arrive in jail. After the pair mock his eagle tattoo and cause havoc, he comes to respect and fear them. Later, he arrives at the hospital with Boy and Junior’s rival gang, but seeing the injured men, he turns on his own gang members and beats them.
