The Deadgirl is a mute, naked undead woman found chained to a table in the abandoned psychiatric hospital. J.T., Rickie, and Wheeler treat her as an object of sexual violence and experimentation. She infects Johnny, feeds on Wheeler and J.T., escapes the hospital, and becomes the force that drives the story's central moral and physical conflict.
