Duc de Richleau (played by Christopher Lee) is a protagonist in The Devil Rides Out.
An erudite occult investigator and Simon's guardian, the Duc discovers that Simon is involved with a devil-worshipping cult. He leads the effort to rescue Simon and Tanith, protects the group from Mocata's attacks, and ultimately helps bring about the defeat of the cult. He is Marie's uncle and works closely with Rex and Richard. Rex Van Ryn (played by Leon Greene) is a protagonist in The Devil Rides Out.
