Plot Progression

1. A World of Fixed Shapes — Arthur's dream of glowing symbols accompanies an introduction to Flatland's inherited shapes and rigid social order. A new edict forbids discussion of higher dimensions and the ruins at Area 33H.
2. The Journey Beyond Flatland — Arthur's dimensional journey takes him through Pointland and Lineland, where inhabitants struggle to imagine realities beyond their own. Spherius then reveals the existence of Spaceland and takes Arth...
3. The Secret of Area 33H — Arthur recognizes the symbols as depicting a cube passing through Flatland. When an intruder is reported at the ruins, Arthur and Abbott take a Ministry car to reach the site.
4. Trial and Imminent Execution — Arthur sends Hex through the cube symbol and is arrested. At his trial, he argues for the third dimension, but his challenge to the established order leads to a death sentence.
