Sessai asks him to send Takeda’s troops to Suruga based on the Takeda-Imagawa alliance, in order to help the Imagawa regain the territory that the Hojo clan has been occupying. Harunobu is skeptical about Imagawa’s true intensions. Kansuke is sent to Suruga to reconcile the Imagawa with the Hojo.
