Samba Siva Naidu (played by N.T. Rama Rao Jr.) is a protagonist in Samba.
Son of Dharmayya Naidu. After his sister's suicide linked to Pasupathi's schemes, he occupies the family quarry, kills Pasupathi's brothers, and flees to Kanchi. He becomes a successful sari manufacturer and trader before returning to Seema to seek vengeance against Pasupathi and establish schools for education. Pasupathi Naidu (played by Prakash Raj) appears in Samba.
Son-in-law of Dharmayya Naidu. Manipulates the family into surrendering their granite quarry as dowry, indirectly causing Samba's sister's suicide. He retaliates by slaughtering Samba's family, flees to Amritsar to evade police, and becomes Samba's primary nemesis upon the latter's return. Samba's friend (played by Ali Basha) appears in Samba.
