Plot Progression

1. Ashes Of A Former Life — Balachandran is introduced as an honest but suspended police officer whose alcoholism caused the loss of his wife and son. He now works in real estate while living with Anwar and Dr.Uma.
2. The Beachside Murder — A politically connected man's son is found murdered and hanged near a beach. The investigation exposes links to prostitution and human trafficking.
3. A Threat Disguised — An attempted arrest collapses when a release order arrives. A later attempt to kill Balachandran and disguise the crime as an accident pushes him into a secret investigation.
