Thomas Mackelway (played by Aaron Eckhart) is a protagonist in Suspect Zero.

A mysterious resident of a halfway house, O'Ryan claims to be a former FBI member and is linked to Project Icarus, an experiment involving telepathic abilities. He hunts serial killers, captures Mackelway, later cooperates with him, and is finally shot by Fran Kulok after provoking an apparent attack.
