Plot Progression

1. The Invitation to Levelism — Moretti announces a long-awaited album and invites six guests to his Utah compound. The guests surrender their devices and encounter the controlled world of the Levelists.
2. Hospitality Turns Coercive — Moretti explains the Levelist belief system while the guests undergo surveillance and humiliating activities. A guest disappears, and Ariel becomes increasingly suspicious.
3. Evidence Beneath the Spectacle — Ariel investigates the compound after Emily is taken away and Stan dismisses her concerns. Useless phones, a corpse, and Emily's poisoning expose the compound's lethal design.
4. The Staged Massacre — The Levelists attack the guests and Ariel flees through the compound. She is captured and brought to a ritual where Clara is killed before Ariel escapes.
5. The Survivor as Propaganda — Ariel's bestseller appears to expose the crime, but Moretti reveals that the massacre was designed to create Levelist propaganda. A pearl necklace shows that Ariel has been recruited as well.
